Only one entry per person and per family in to the draw.

General rules
All e-mail entries must be received no later than 5pm (EST), Monday June 22, 2009 at the email address listed above.

The contest closing date is Monday June 22, 2009 at 5:00 p.m.
The random draw will take place June 26, 2009 at the CARAHS member workshop at Rona at 8:00 a.m. The winner’s name will be published on the CARAHS website.
Prior to receiving the prize, the contest winner is also required to sign an “Acknowledgement of receipt and release” form, in which the winner affirms having conformed to the official rules and regulations of the contest. In signing this form, the
contest winner also gives the required consent to the terms of this regulation and authorizes the contest organizers to use his name, city of residence, photograph, voice and comments regarding the contest without compensation. In signing this form, the winner also agrees to accept the prize as awarded
The contest organizers will contact the winner within ten (10) days of the date of the draw. Only the contest winner will be contacted.
Contest is promoted through CARAHS, RONA Whitby store and in the CARAHS ad in SNAP Real Estate section in May and June and online at www.carahs.org

The BBQ is shown on the web page and it is fully assembled. It is up to the winner to transport it from the RONA Whitby location. The winner has to collect this BBQ no later than 5 after they have been notified. If the winner does not complied with this 5 day rule, the winner will be disqualified and the BBQ will be diverted to where ever may RONA decides. Prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded

Gas tank and other sundries are not included with this draw.

Eligibility
This contest is open to all residents of Durham Region having reached the age of majority in Ontario by May 1, 2009. Only one draw per person and per household allowed. CARAHS members are not excluded, except directors and their families. Employees, agents and representatives of RONA, and sponsors, advertising, promotional, media placement, and website
development agencies, as well as members of their immediate family and others living at the same address, cannot enter this contest.
