If you are self employed doing renovations, a sub contractor or trades person, you fall under the Ministry of Labour (MOL) Occupational Health & Safety Act. Under recent changes, the MOL are now tightening up on the construction industry and the MOL ZERO Tolerance is out to make everyone compliant under the LAW.
Ministry of Labour Says
“Inspectors will take a ‘ZERO TOLERANCE’ approach to any serious violations found under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and its Regulations”
